Joe Dalia

Raised as a proud Nevadan, I'm committed to putting my abilities to work to help my clients and community thrive. For nearly a decade, I've had the privilege of representing VCs, investment funds, technology companies, sports franchises, nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs in all walks of life. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, I started my career in Big Law in Silicon Valley before starting a family and coming home to Henderson. Over time, my practice has evolved to cover a broad range of transactional services, but has always remained centered on the core principle of solving and preventing problems for my clients.

Prior to joining Roitman Legal, I worked at Meta Platforms as privacy and product counsel, providing counseling on regulatory risks and aiding product teams in complying with federal privacy requirements. I am currently an elected member of the Nevada State Assembly, representing Assembly District 29 in Henderson. As a state legislator, I've continued to draw on my experience helping businesses get off the ground and thrive, sponsoring and passing legislation aimed at making it easier to incorporate and operate a business in Nevada.
