Michael Roitman
I was born and raised in Nevada, but I began my career in Manhattan Big Law. Working on high-stakes deals at break-neck speeds, I learned the importance of diligence, attention to detail, and professionalism. Having returned to Las Vegas, I've introduced that same standard of excellence to my clients, pairing it with the personalized approach of a boutique law firm. At the foundation of my practice are enduring relationships and a steadfast commitment to provide my clients with precisely what they need for the project at hand.
Predominantly catering to start-ups and SMEs, I've become a relied-upon external counsel, effectively stepping into the shoes of an in-house and general counsel. Working closely with my clients, I develop a comprehensive understanding of their business activities and objectives. This insight empowers me to deliver targeted, cost-effective legal guidance for my clients as challenges arise.
Shawn McNulty
Hi there! I’m Shawn McNulty and I’m thrilled to be a part of the incredible legal team here at Roitman Legal. With a passion for the law and a diverse background in some of the most esteemed legal settings, I’m dedicated to providing top-notch counsel to our valued clients.
My legal career began at a globally-renowned international law firm where I honed my skills in high-stakes disputes in business and commercial torts. I then returned to my hometown of Las Vegas, where I served as in-house counsel at a prominent casino, gaining invaluable insights into a wide array of real estate transactions. Whether you’re buying, selling or managing real estate assets, I’m here to provide you with the guidance you need.
My role at Roitman Legal encompasses a wide array of corporate transactional matters, outside general counsel services and more. My legal experience is complemented by five years of experience managing a residential real estate company.

Andrea Wright
I have represented a wide range of clients in a variety of litigation areas, including general commercial litigation, business litigation, professional malpractice, premises and products liability, construction defect, personal injury, and class action matters.
After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, I began my practice with the largest firm in the tri-state area of Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. There, I primarily handled medical malpractice matters.
I continued my practice with a small firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where I represented clients in professional liability, premises liability, construction defect, class action, and general commercial litigation matters.
I am admitted to practice before the Courts of Arizona and Montana. I have experience in all stages of civil litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
In 2018, I was awarded the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from the 1st Judicial District of Montana for my outstanding pro bono service to the community.
Jack Olson
Born in Scottsdale, Arizona with family ties to Las Vegas that brought me here throughout my life, I began my legal work in Northern Virginia followed by DC. There, I specialized in helping financial institutions provide highly regulated debt to finance multifamily housing projects offered on both public and private markets. These transactions utilized a wide variety of collateral meant to provide a range of risk profiles to target investors.
My experience in complex transactions has provided the corporate, finance, and real estate foundation necessary to provide a wide range of corporate services to a diverse set of clients upon moving to Las Vegas and joining Roitman Legal. Since joining Roitman Legal, I have been proud to provide the quality of services expected and deserved by the vibrant and thriving Las Vegas business community.
